Do not believe it will not hit home. Drugs and alcohol have no special targets. Their easiest targets are those that are not prepared or educated. Kids are making meth in their cars, in public restrooms, who knows they may make meth in your home while you are away. They are coming up with new recipes all the time. There were also Head Shops, were they sold drug paraphernalia and other gadgets and ideas to get your head right. Getting your head right was a well known phrase in those days. We were clueless. Crystal Meth Makes One Feel Great.You can go all day and all night. I am just being honest here. Why do you think so many kids get addicted to this drug. They are chasing something for enjoyment not giving much thought if any, to the short and long term effects. They do not look ahead they look at now. To feel that good now. Those negative effects which are many can not be felt or reached in the moment. It is about feeling good now and bit by bit now becomes all the time. When an addict sees some of these negative effect, such as, weight loss, open sores, tooth decay, paranoia, and many more they have little if any impact. They are not in their right minds. The high is above all else. If they are told they will die if they do one more shot, it's likely they will do one more shot. They can not grasp the reality of what is going on. That is why it is so important to prepare and educate children as early and as effective as possible. The Parent's are the anti drug especially long before that choice may face their child. Do not wait for Crystal Meth to vanish. It is not going to happen. Prepare and educate the children early with all the resources available. We can do this.
